Note: As of today, Philippine Passport Holders can’t enter Saudia Arabia via a tourist visa on arrival for SAR 440 unless they are flying with a Saudi Arabia Based Airlines (Saudi Arabian Airlines, Flyadeal, Saudigulf or Flynas) and a valid visa of either:

Saudi Arabia Visa on Arrival for Filipinos

Validity: short stay for up to 90 days

Requirements for Saudi Arabia Visa on Arrival

Valid Passport - at least 6 months with 2 blank pages
Holder of valid Schengen, US, or UK visa
Has entered the Schengen Area, US, or UK already - there must be an entry stamp
Will be flying with a Saudi Arabia Based Airlines - Saudi Arabian Airlines (SV), Flyadeal (F3), Saudigulf (6S) or Flynas (XY)

So, if you have an unused Schengen Visa, let’s say you have a flight to Paris visa Saudi Arabia. You still need to get a transit visa since it’s not yet used. But if it’s the other way around from Paris to Saudi Arabia to the Philippines, then you can have a Visa on Arrival.

Hajj Visa

If in Umrah, you can visit anytime, Hajj is an annual pilgrimage to Mecca with specific dates on the Islamic Calendar. A Muslim must visit this place at least once in his lifetime.

Every 10th of Shawwal until 25th Dhulqa’da of every Hijrah year, the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the Philippines starts grating Hajj visa. However, you must apply through the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.

Mahram
- Females must be accompanied by a male escort or relative. Proof of relationship must be submitted.
- Females over 45 may travel without a Mahram but with an organized group, however, a notarized no-objection letter from husband, son, or brother must be submitted.

Valid passport - a minimum of 2 years

Medical Certificate - The hospital must be accredited by the Saudi Embassy.

Cover letter from the company, with the name of Saudi Arabian company, nature of the visit there and length of stay. This must have a company’s stamp or seal.
Application from the sponsor in Saudi Arabia on the applicant’s behalf or original invitation letter from the company with sign and seal of the company and stamp from the Saudi Chamber of Commerce

Payments are made to be cash through Equitable PCI Bank in Paseo de Roxas Branch, which cost of P3,500.00 for every Business visit visa stamped.

Saudi Arabia Transit Visa

Confirmed Airline Ticket (at most 48 hours)
Valid Visa for next destination
A confirmed ticket reserved in and out of Saudi Arabia for at most 48 hours.
